Hi Michelle, I suffered a bladder prolapse after my second baby 5 years ago. I have since had another baby who is now 3. My problem is that I love high impact exercise. I have returned to netball and running.
Unfortunately as I feared my symptoms have worsened. I absolutely love my netball and find my running is just as good for my head as my body. I would be devastated to give it up.
